  Would not recommend this medical centre to anyone.We are here from out of town and needed to see a doctor for my 7yr old the lady on the phone was very dismissive wouldnt let me get a word out and just told me no appointments till the next day. On your website it says if urgent let reception know and they will see what they can do, i understand that this doesn't mean that u will get in straight away but to of at least been able to be heard would have been nice.

  Terrible Customer Service, If you have time research elsewhere. I have spent most of my life on the Surfcoast and I am always disappointed with the Service from both Torquay and Angelsea Medical Clincs.

  I found this service to be fabulous. Reception through to the GP was wonderful service
